At Social Print Studio, we want you to love your custom prints, so if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund. Because our products are custom-made with your unique photos, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality, such as cropping preferences or change of heart.
Return Process

Email our friendly support team within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Attach clear photos of the damaged product or printing error so our quality control team can review the defect and improve our process.
- 3.Receive Approval
Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your replacement or refund status within 2-3 business days.
- 4.Resolution
We will expedite a reprint of your order at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
