What is the typical processing time for an order?
Most of our custom print products are handcrafted and ready to ship within 2-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our prints worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What photo file formats do you support?
We currently support high-resolution JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. For the best print quality, we recommend using images that are at least 300 DPI.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Because our products are custom-made, we begin production shortly after an order is placed. You can request a change within 2 hours of ordering by contacting our support team.
What is your return policy for custom prints?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send a replacement.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
